  Wait line for ordering and orders being given was so long and I'm not a fussy person but even for me it was a wait that I felt was a bit much.

  From then on all I see is trays of muffins and other food and cardboard cup trays piling up and so many order slips to many at times to fit on the coffee machine and the back kitchen looks a mess, three people on one coffee machine at times and coffee orders being called out with a soft voice and confused people looking at each other is that mine ohh you ordered the same and wrong change being given and finally getting my order and now my muffin is cold and few people have spent their break waiting so they having to ask for take away.

  I am honestly not saying anything mean I am sure the owners and staff are working hard but there has to be a better way to handle a peak time of customer flow and to ensure that customers do come back.

  waiting in a long line and finally get my order taken by a young lady who didn't seem to want be there and the she doesn't process my order so the gentleman takes order for the lady behind me and now she's will be getting her coffee before me while the young lady taking my order comes back to ask if my muffin I asked for was still the one I wanted to which I said yes and handed over my money to make sure my order was placed.

  I had a coffee at muffin break Miranda on the weekend and the variety and service was great, shellharbour owners need to go there and see how much better it is run.

  As much as they do make good coffee the young girls just look like they don't want to be there and always get your order wrong. I ordered a bacon and zucchini slice with my coffee and it was slapped on the plate in a pile of mush, I looked at it and looked at the girl that served me and she just looked away and proceeds to serve someone else. This is not the first time this has happened and seriously thinking of getting coffee somewhere else. It is very unorganized and you do have to wait a quite a while for your coffee.
